Truth can be dreams: December 2003

Sunday, December 28, 2003

Hey here we are. I only have a few minutes to write. Christmas was great! The plane ride down was pretty interesting. Silver screamed his head off for the first hour and a bit. Then when he finally fell esleep we had to get him up for the landing. It wasn't funn. The ride to Bermuda was good though. Silver has been loving it ever since we arrived. He's having a blast with his cousins and they are loving him too. Well gotta run Ryan wants to go out, and grandma is going to watch the kids!See ya!

CRAZY! I am trying to get everything done before we go. Trying to remember everything. I hate going away and forgetting something. Ryan works tomorrow and monday and we leave monday so its' all going to be pretty rushed. Trinity has hardly slept all day and Silver is a totaly crazy boy. is'nt that just typical of kids on a day when you need to do a million things! Oh well, they can probably just feel the excitement rising. Only 2 more sleeps.

Only 6 more days until we leave. Just a few more loose ends to take care of then we're good to go. Ryan is working all this week (both jobs), to make up for the time we will be away. So yet again we won't see much of each other this week but I'm not going to complain. I'm sure we will get some much needed alone time when we are away.

So how is everyone's holiday season going? Hey connie thanks for the card! Now that I have your address I will send you one of ours.

I can't remember how long it took me to get back into shape after I had Silver. I think it was about 6months until I was wearing all of my old clothes. How about all you mothers out there? How long was it until you found yourself back in your old clothes (with them fitting comfortably)? I am wearing pants that are one size larger than I was. I hope I don't have to buy a whole lot of new pants. That's the main reason I need to get my old body (somewhat) back. Because we can't afford a whole lot of new clothes. OK this blog sucks

It seems that everyone in the blogging world is busy with other things (including myself). It's that holiday thing I guess. We just finnished our shopping this morning. Although we still havent bought our kids anything. We are going to have our christmas in January after Ryan gets his loan money. The kids will never know the difference. And Im sure they will get enough from the grandparents and aunts and uncles.

For those of you who have not discouvered it yet Liquidation World is AMAZING! They have some items there so much cheaper than any other store. I got some kids books there for 1.50 that where originally 21.00! Hello! So go people, it's worth it (especially if you are strapped for cash).

Thats all for today folks.

Well I wrote a blog today and I couldn't post it. Silly blogger. Anyway so here I am now and with nothing to say. Well perhaps a little more than NOTHING. Only 13 more days until we leave for christmas. Im getting very excited now. We have just about all our shopping done. We are going to shop for the kids after christmas when we get back. Im sure there will be some great sales.

Ahhhhh I feel so relaxed. Ryan got me some flowers this week and I have to say it really made me happy. Funny how little things can change a persons mood. I just LOVE flowers. All flowers are great. God made some awesome stuff just for the pleasure of looking at, and smelling of course.

I thnk I want to buy the Justin Timberlake CD. You have no idea what that means. We never buy music. I MEAN REALLY NEVER! It has just always seemed like one of those things that we never wanted to spend our money on. Eventhough we both live music. It's just so hard to pay 20 bucks for one cd. To me 20 bucks is, diapers, milk, butter, and a millions other things besides cd's. But this Justin Timberlake guy is really impressive (even Ryan likes his music). So if its financially possible for us I think I'll do it. I'm just talking myself into it. I'll probably get to the store and at the last moment not be able to actually spend the money. ALRIGHT I THINK IM BABBLING..........

I totally steped out of my comfortable little box this monday. Kristi and I danced at a banquet. It went pretty well. Im so proud of us for whipping it together in only an hour. Id like to slowly get back up to where I once was with dance and then go above and beyond that. I figure that will take me a good year. But Im up for the challenge.

Not much happening today.
