Hayesie Daze

So in the last week and a half we have had a whack load of visitors. It's funny because we have gone so long with no guests then all of a sudden they all come at once.

First my sister, her husband, and two kids came for 5 days. We had a ton of fun and I will download pictures sometime this week.

Second my mother came on Wednesday and is staying for two weeks. It's going to be a good time. I love that my kids get to hang out with her and get to know her.

Third a friend, Paige from Kamloops came for the weekend to look at some houses. It was a totally unexpected visit but TOTALLY awesome! Paige it was really good to see you. I'm glad God had you come :)

I need some sleep.

Outside the church

Good time. I had such a great time last night getting to know some people from the church. It was really really great. There's something so awesome about meeting real quality people. There where times when I know I talked way too much but sometimes I get so passionate about stuff I just can't shut up. I need to work on that :)

When I was on LifeForce I had a few opportunities to preach and it was so awesome. I learned some good basic techniques. I look forward to putting those to use again in my life. HAHAHA..... I just remembered something. Once in Kamloops I stood outside a bar, where about 40 people where lined up to get in, and started preaching. It was crazy but very cool to look into peoples eyes face to face and preach the gospel. I wasn't on a mission team or anything just wanted to share God with people. I spoke about Love and how Jesus changed my life, it wasn't about heaven and hell and end times kinda stuff which is often preached on the street. It was great. Do you remember that Carlie? I can't remember if you where in Kamloops yet. It just reminds how much I love to share God with the world in Loving ways. I would love to do some stuff on the street this year here in Winnipeg. Like dance and drama. k gotta run

It's about time to break fourth the rhythm and the rhyme

I have been trying to post for a week. There just hasn't been a good time. But finally here I am on Friday my day off :) It feels pretty good so far seeing as Ryan has let me sleep in.

We are starting to schedule our summer and so far it's looking very different from any other summer we've had. We are coming into some changes and need to make some serious decisions about jobs. We really need to do some seeking of the Lords will.

We have some very awesome opportunities but it's unclear to me what will be wise for us to take on.

I have wanted to make a little list of all the cool things I have been asking for, needing or wanting that the Lord has provided. Such as
- boots, I got some boots and they are amazing
- money, we are very blessed with all the ways he has given to us
- trust from people we respect
- a way to bless people with our giftings and be blessed

Another one down

I had another test today. This time I had to drink some seriously sick fluid (which made me gag) then I had an x-ray every 10-15 minutes for about 2 hours. It wasn't bad. But then I got lost in the Heath Sciences Centre. I had to ask for directions twice. I suppose I will get the results of that in a few weeks.

Well off to work.
