Sick day
Today is my sick day. I had to stay home from work today. Luckily someone could cover my shift. I haven't called into to work in so long it felt strange. But seriously I am ill. It feels like a bit of a flu. I just ate some cereal and now I want to chuck. Perhaps I will go lay down.

I heard today (in a workshop full of health professionals) that there is a nasty flu bug going around.
Lots of fluids and rest aught to take care of it.
